Under the WHS regulation 2017, as PCBU you have the duty to:
- Train workers about asbestos if they may be involved in asbestos removal work or asbestos-related work (section 445).
- Give information about health risks of asbestos-related work to a person likely to be engaged to carry out asbestos-related work (section 480).
